Five residential blocks of ground plus fifteen storeys sit along the site’s edges, two units to a floor. Every apartment is dual-core, so the living wing and the service wing never cross.
The middle of the site is given over to the clubhouse, the pool and a landscaped green with courts and walking paths. A driveway ring keeps cars on the perimeter.
